Remaster Ubuntu Oneiric OCELOT Using Remastersys

Here I will provide information about the combination between 11:10 and Ubuntu Remastersys Oneiric OCELOT that can run properly and perform its functions properly, without errors on the final result. Briefly I will also provide an explanation of how to install ubuntu on the system remastersys OCELOT oneiric, as the record here I still use the development version of ubuntu 11:10 beta 2 that was updated, because the stable has not been officially released, though based on experience using a version of ubuntu and remastersys previously obtained results will be the same if the way is run on Ubuntu 11:10 (stable) final version later. For those who do not know about remastersys can read my previous eBooks remastering with remastersys.

Previous to install on ubuntu 11:10 remastersys to manually add the repository address remastersys, by editing the file located at / etc / apt / sources.list, for which use dash unity Press Alt + F2 and then typing the following command:
gksu gedit / etc / apt / sources.list
Press Alt + F2 and then manually edit the repository list

For those who use the terminal can execute the following command:

sudo gedit / etc / apt / sources.list

Then after sources.list file open, add the address below on the last line, for more details look at the picture.

When finished, save the changes you've made, and close the sources.list file, then run this command, make sure the system has been connected internet to download the installer file the required
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install remastersys
Installing Remstersys - Ubuntu 11:10

When finished installing remastersys on the system, proceed with installing the frontend ubiquity,if not installed live system that has been created will not show the shortcuts that can be used to install Ubuntu system.

Because here I am using Ubuntu using a standard interface (gnome) so that I can place the ubiquity-frontend-gtk to Kubuntu can use the ubiquity-frontend-kde.
sudo apt-get install ubiquity-frontend-gtk
Ubiquity interface to install the Live CD can be installed

After all the installation process is complete, ready to use remastersys previous ensure there is space in the directory / home /, by default remastersys using the directory / home / remastersys as the working directory. To make a copy of our complete system with additional software that was installed without a file and directory includes personal (user) that are used in the home directory, run remastersys dist.
Running with the option remastersys remastersys dist

Process remastersysMake a copy of the Ubuntu system Oneiric OCELOT 11:10

This process will take time, so be left to eat, a drink or sleep: O,,, after it was finished, the end result of remastersys can be found in the directory / home / remastersys / remastersys / customdist.iso (the default path / process remastersys) .

Running the remastersys with KVM / Qemu - 1

There is good before burning the results of the process remastersys, tried first to use a virtual machine, as an example here I use a Kernel Based Virtual Machine (KVM).
Running the remastersys with KVM / Qemu - 2

As a note to avoid the occurrence of busybox on the final result of remastersys, avoid using custom kernel on the system and always use the standard kernel and updates from the Ubuntu's official repositories, unless you understand the risks, the Ubuntu 11:10 OCELOT own Oneiric officially been using kernel 3.0.

Thus this brief explanation, may be useful for all my friends ... . .
